Class 4 Power (CL4), also known as Fault Managed Power (FMP), is an emerging power delivery system designed for safe, reliable, low-voltage transmission over long distances. CL4 power systems transform traditional electricity into CL4 Power with built-in fault protections, reducing the risk of shock and fire hazard.

Reasons to adopt CL4 Power include touch-safe technology, significant power over extended distances, small conductor gauge sizes (18-12), and faster deployment through joint use conduit.

Benefits of CL4 Power include power savings of up to 30%, installation only requiring a certified network technician, and reduction of materials from smaller gauge sizes. Conduit is not required but is recommended for outdoor applications of Indoor/Outdoor Riser.
